Nylon

A premium 100% nylon product designed for marine, industrial and general commercial uses. These ropes are high in strength, with a longer wear life and are developed for high energy absorbing applications. They are flexible, with maximum bearing surface for superior handling, these ropes are specially used for peak dynamic loads during mooring and towing operations. Commonly used in the marine industry for mooring, anchoring, dock lines and tow ropes. Custom spliced lengths can be manufactured to order, colours are available upon request.

Fibre Content: 100% Nylon (Polyamide)

Melting Point:  220 Deg C

Elongation at break: 40 %

Water absorption: 6 % strength declines when wet

UV Resistance: Average

Good abrasion resistance

Applications include: Mooring, Towing, Anchor Lines, Industrial Marine & Fishing
