3/4 inch PowerStrand Knob & Eye Cat Logging Choker x 100 FT
Knob & Eye Chokers are often referred to as Cat Chokers because the wire rope eye has the shape of a Cat's Eye. Commonly used in logging for ease of use because of the eye being able to fit easily into hooks and shackles.
Capacity of 7,900 lbs. is maximum line tension in pounds. It is not based on the weight of the log, but the maximum pulling force the choker can be subjected to as log is being skidded. Factors such as terain slope, shock loading, and snags must be taken into account when selecting size.
All of our chokers are made in our plant using quality products.
Cat chokers feature a knob on one end, and a flemish eye with steel pressed sleeve other end - and a L-321 Bantam Choker Hook in between.
